Established in 2007, SDI Architects is a Houston based Architectural firm that serves the needs of commercial real estate developers, real estate brokers, corporations, private firms and landlords

Founder and Principal Jim Swanson, AIA comments, "In our experience, we understand the importance of aligning designs with the client's real estate strategy.  We bring a track record of understanding and serving clients, with rich experience in commercial real estate on both the consultant side and on the client side." Prior to opening the company, Swanson had been the Manager of Architectural Services at Compaq Computer Corporation and Hewlett Packard in Houston.
